The rock climbing on the Falzarego is located near Cortina in the Italian province of Belluno at around 2100m.
The rock in this area of Cortina d’Ampezzo is often spectacular and of excellent quality. There are many routes of different lengths and difficulty from grade III.
The rock is dolomite rock of the finest quality: bombproof – very rough and easy to grip – simply unique. Most of the routes are south-facing: ideal for the summer saison.
