The rock climbing in Finale Ligure area is well known all around Europe for his massive concentration of climbing walls.
The main valley was developed in the 80s and 90s and provides around 20 different sectors, mostly on vertical, pocketed walls.
Actually are more than 100 cliffs with 3000 routes in limestone rock with holes in this territory.
Some routes are starting to become polished. For this reason and better climbing area has since been developed in the neighboring region of Albenga and Toirano. Is known as Oltre Finale.
Three parallel valleys here offers a wealth of well-equipped sectors with long and beautiful pitches on overhanging rock.
In these four days we will climb different multi pitch routes and visit also some sport climbing sector.
