In a week ski touring Dolomites explore the Fanes plateau buried in a thick layer of fresh and white snow, away from the noise of the ski slopes. It is a wonder to behold, a lunar landscape where nothing has been touched yet and silence and peace reign.
We overnight in nice hut with very a good cucine.
Program ski touring Fanes:
1th day:
meeting at 9.am at the rifugio Pederü and ascent to the rifugio Fanes 2060 m: ↑ 500 m ascent, about 2 hours. On request there is possible luggage transport. (extra cost) From the refugio Fanes skitouring to the peak Col Toronn 2459 m : ↑ 400 m ascent, about 1 ½ hours. Overnight at the rifugio Fanes.
2th day:
ascent peak Sasso delle Dieci: ↑ 600 m, 3 1/2 hours. Overnight at the rifugio Fanes.
3th day:
ascent peak Monte Castello 2760 m: ↑ 850 m, 4 hours. Overnight at the rifugio Fanes.
4th day:
descent from the rifugio Fanes e ascent at the rifugio Sennes 2126 m: ↑ 580 m, about 2 hours. Ascent to the peak Monte Sella di Sennes 2787 m: ↑660m, about 2-2 1/2 hours. Overnight at the rifugio Sennes.
5th day:
ascent peak Quaira di Sennes 2659 m: ↑ 540 m, about 2 hours.
Then descent to the valley and return at home.
