SPORTCLIMBING COURSE: from indoor to outdoor rock climbing

From the climbing hall on the rockclimbing!
This course is designed for all those who like too learn the sport climbing or want to improve.
For two days we exercise the correct climbing technique, proper rappelling and more.

Every day we will choose a different cliff with difficulties not too sustained:

• limestone rock in the area of Arco near the Garda Lake
• the Porphyr rock in the surroundings of Bolzano with cracks and slabs.
