climbing Grigna on the Como Lake near Lecco:
If you are near Milan, Como or Lecco and you like multi pitch climbing on limestone rock you must spend a few days on the Grigna Meridionale. It’s a group of pinnacles with 50 – 150 m and they look like the Dolomites in miniature form.
From Milan you can reach the climbing area around the Pian dei Resinelli in about 1 1/2 hour trip.
In 2002-2003 was started a replacement initiative to replace bad bolts and bad anchors. From the parking you need 45-60 minutes to walk on the path to the pinnacles. The multipitch routes are maximum 5-6 pitches.
